General conditions applicable to the guest house ""le Domaine de Seugnac""
The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner undertakes to personally welcome holidaymakers with all the necessary attention to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
1: Length of stay.
• Our host, signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period, will not under any circumstances be able to claim any right to remain in the premises.
2: Validation of a reservation.
• Reservations are made by email or by telephone directly with the owners or via one of the following reservation sites: www.domaine-de-seugnac.com, www.booking.com, GoogleMaps. Non-exhaustive list
• The price of the rooms is inclusive of all charges, excluding tourist tax. Breakfasts are included.
3: Balance of stay.
• The balance of the stay will be payable on arrival.
• Additional unplanned services will be paid at the end of the stay.
4: Arrival time.
• Rooms must be taken between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. unless previously agreed. Please specify your arrival time on the contract. This is to provide a warm welcome for each of our guests.
• In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner. Rental is not guaranteed without this information.
• If you wish to drop off your luggage before 5:00 p.m., this is possible by notifying us in advance.
5: Departure time.
• Rooms must be returned before 11 a.m. Any departure after this time will result in the billing of an additional night.
6: The rooms.
• Our guests must respect the peaceful nature of the place and use it in accordance with their intended purpose.
• They undertake to return the rooms in good condition and must declare and financially assume any possible damage for which they may be responsible.
• For hygiene reasons, no meals can be served in the room and no meals or picnics are allowed in the rooms.
7: The number of people
• The number of people may under no circumstances exceed the maximum capacity indicated on the contract. In the event of non-compliance, the owner is able to refuse any additional person.This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that no refund can be requested.
8: Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. A margin of 1/2 hour before or after this time slot is accepted, upon request from the customer.
9: Meals on demand
Meals must be requested the day before for the next day at the latest. We only work with fresh products, we have to be able to organize ourselves.
Meal times can be determined in agreement with residents but the starting time range is 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
10: The entire house is a non-smoking area.
11: Children.
• Children live in the guest house under the sole responsibility of their parents.The swimming pool is not supervised and no child under 12 years old, and/or who cannot swim, may use the swimming pool area without the presence of a parent.
12: Pets.
• Pets are not allowed.
13: WI-FI access
Internet access. Customers have free access to the owner's internet connection without paying direct compensation. You acknowledge using the wifi internet connection (Logis de Seugnac) of Mrs. Sylvie Tillemans during your stay.
Usage limit. You undertake not to use this connection subsequently, nor transmit or communicate the access codes to anyone. Access is only possible in areas covered by wifi.
You declare on your honor not to use the connection for activities or purposes that are reprehensible, immoral or could give rise to our liability:in particular to send, receive or access content that is illegal under French law. In particular with regard to the rules relating to intellectual property and cybercrime. The use of peer-to-peer software is strictly prohibited.
In the event of a dispute or investigation we may transmit your personal information to the competent persons, which you hereby accept.
Network responsibility. You are solely responsible for the use you make of your equipment, or its activities on our network, in particular with regard to other customers.
You agree to incur the risks associated with the use of a wifi network and an internet connection, you are advised to increase the level of protection of your firewall and your antivirus.
14: Cancellation.
Any cancellation must be notified by post, email or SMS.
• The guest can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. The customer will be required to pay the full amount if they cancel within 5 days of arrival.
• Any cancellation due to force majeure such as what was experienced with Covid19 does not incur any costs for the host.
• In the event of cancellation of the room by the owner, the guest will be immediately refunded the amounts paid.
15: In the event of a shortened stay.
• In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the period initially reserved remains in full with the owner.
16: Tourist tax.
• The tourist tax is a local tax that the host must pay to the owner who then pays it to the public treasury. Amount of the Tourist Tax: rate in effect on the date of the guest's arrival.
These conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon payment of the deposit.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. The owner undertakes not to transmit the information you have communicated to other companies or organizations.
